Quarry

The Quarry is a popular location for mountain biking. It is located near Al Rayan Stadium and the waste disposal area. Exit the city on the Dukan highway. As you drive on the left you will see a royal palace and mosque followed by the Emiri Guard military camp. The camp currently is having large medievil style walls installed around it. Exit right on the road opposite the camp. You will know if you are on the right road if you see numerous heavy trucks entering and exiting this road. Follow the road aproximately 6.5km till you see a sign with HBK written on it. Follow this sign for aproximately 1.5 km till you see a grove of trees on the left. Park under the trees.
